Properties:

Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is a high-effective inorganic polymer coagulant. It is widely applied in water purification, wastewater treatment, precision cast, paper production, the pharmaceutical industry, and daily chemicals. Its dosage is lower than aluminum sulfate (based on Al2O3), and the water treatment cost is lower than other inorganic flocculants.

Polyaluminium chloride can cause the quick formation of flocculates, big flocculates formation, and rapid precipitation. Its treatment capacity is 1.3~3.0 times of other inorganic flocculants. The polyaluminium chloride enjoys wide-range adaptability for different-temperature source water and good solubility.

PAC is slightly corrosive, easy to operate, and suitable for automatic dosing. Furthermore, it will not block pipes over long-time usage.

Product Types:

PAC-W, Polyaluminium Chloride 30% Min.

Color: White or white milk color fine powder.

Manufacturing technique: Spray-dried process.

Application: Drinking water treatment, paper mills as retention agents, and cosmetic industry.

b) Water insoluble matter: Lowest at ≤0.1%.

c) Iron content (Fe+): None.

e) Solution: Colorless liquid.

PAC-S, Polyaluminium Chloride 30% Min.

Color: Light / Pale yellow color, fine powder.

Manufacturing technique: Spray-dried process.

Application: Drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment, and paper mills as retention agents.

a) Basicity: Lowest basicity, 40~80%.

b) Water insoluble matter: Lowest at ≤0.1%.

c) Iron content (Fe+): Low iron content at ≤0.1%.

d) Lowest heavy metal content: Health.

e) Solution: Light yellow liquid.

PAC-R, Polyaluminium Chloride, Purity 28%~30%.

Color: Light yellow powder, granular.

Manufacturing technique: Roller-dried process.

Application: Drinking /industrial wastewater treatment.

a) Basicity: 80-90%.

b) Water insoluble matter: ≤1.0%.

c) Iron content (Fe+) : ≤1.0%.

d) Solution: Yellow liquid.

Applications:

Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is widely used in the following fields.

1. Urban water purification: River water, reservoir water, groundwater.

2. Industrial water purification.

3. Urban sewage treatment.

4. Industrial wastewater and waste material in the recovery, promote useful medium in the settlement of Pulverized coal waste in manufacturing, starch of starch recycling. Various industrial wastewater treatment: Printing and dyeing wastewater, leather wastewater, containing fluorine wastewater, heavy metal wastewater, oily wastewater, papermaking wastewater, coal washing wastewater, mining wastewater, brewing wastewater, metallurgy wastewater, and meat processing wastewater.

What Is Polyaluminium chloride in Water Treatment?

1. Flocculation.

Polyaluminium chloride is mainly used for urban water supply and drainage purification: river water, reservoir water, and groundwater; purification of industrial water supply; treatment of urban sewage, recovery of useful substances in industrial wastewater and waste residue; promotion of coal powder sedimentation in coal washing wastewater, and recovery of starch in the starch manufacturing industry.

2. Phosphorus removal.

Polyaluminium chloride is added to the sewage to make the phosphate ions in the water generate insoluble salts, which are separated from the water after forming flocs so as to remove the phosphorus contained in the water.

Packing and storage:

25kg P.P. woven bags with inner plastics bags.

The shelf life is two years. Polyaluminium chlorideshould be stored in a dry and ventilative room, but the effect will not be affected even if it gets wet.
