PolyDADMAC contains strong cationic group radicals and activated-adsorbent group radicals, which can destabilize and flocculate the suspended solids and the negative-charged water soluble matters in the wastewater through electro-neutralization and bridging adsorption.

PolyDADMAC is very effective in flocculating, decoloring, killing algae, and removing organics. This textile auxiliary enjoys a small dosage but can cause big flocs, rapid precipitation, and low turbidity residue. PolyDADMAC is adaptable to a wide range of pH values, between 0.5~1.4. PolyDADMAC is odorless, tasteless, and harmless.

Application:

1. PolyDADMAC can be used in dyeing and finishing auxiliaries as an advanced formaldehyde-free color-fixing agent and can form a film in the fabric and improve color fastness.

2. PolyDADMAC can be used in papermaking, coating and antistatic agent, AKD sizing promoter, and retention and drainage agent.

3. PolyDADMAC also be used in decolor and flocculation in water treatment (drinking and wastewater).

4. In daily chemicals, PolyDADMAC can be used as a shampoo carding agent, wetting agent, and antistatic agent.

5. In the oil field chemicals, the PolyDADMAC can be used in clay stabilizers, acid fracturing cation additives, etc.

Usage：

PolyDADMAC should be diluted to the concentration of 0.5%-0.05% (based on solid content) when used alone. When PolyDADMAC is used to treat different sources of water or wastewater, the dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the water.

The most economical dosage is based on the trial. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs can not be broken. It is better to dose the product continuously.

Safety and Hazard:

Regarding preventive measures, avoid inhaling dust, fumes, gases, mists, vapors and sprays of this substance; thoroughly clean your skin after operation; use this substance only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area, and wear protective gloves, eye protectors and face protectors during operation.

In case of an accident, respond in the following ways: In case of skin contact, immediately wash with plenty of soap and water; in case of inhalation, move the patient to a place with fresh air to rest and keep them in a posture that allows easy breathing; in case of eye contact, rinse gently with clean water for several minutes. If contact lenses are worn and can be easily removed, take out the contact lenses first before continuing to rinse; if you feel unwell, immediately call the poison control center or a doctor, and follow the first-aid instructions provided on this label for specific treatment; if skin irritation or eye irritation persists, seek medical attention in a timely manner; at the same time, take off contaminated clothes and wash them thoroughly before reuse.

Packing and storage:

Packaged in 200kg plastic drums or 1000kg/IBC drums or according to client order.

PolyDADMAC should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool place. In this way, PolyDADMAC can be stored for two years without losing its effect. If there appears stratification after the long-term storage, PolyDADMAC can be mixed before being used.
