Textile Antistatic Agent

Properties:

The textile antistatic agent is a colorless to light yellow liquid with a specific weight of 1.02 g/cm3 and resolves a temperature of 150℃. Textile antistatic agents can be dissolved in water easily and stably.

A textile antistatic agent is a copolymer of cation monomer dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and nonionic monomer acrylamide.

The textile antistatic agent has a cationic, high molecular weight, charge neutralization, and strong sorption, which can be greatly applied to eliminate static electricity in spinning the polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polypropylene fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyester/cotton and other blended fiber.

Textile antistatic agents also can be used in dyeing and finishing, speeding up the emission of the charges effectively on fabric and consequently reducing the static electricity and having multiple antistatic effects. Simultaneously, it improves the fabric's workability and wearing harmoniously.

Usage:

Textile antistatic agent is used in dyeing, finishing, and eliminating static electricity in spinning polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polypropylene fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyester/cotton, and other blended fiber. Please take a test to confirm the correct method and dosage.

Polymer antistatic agent

Inorganic polymer antistatic agents can incorporate inorganic salts and some basic organic elements into the polymer matrix to inhibit the accumulation of static electricity in long-term use. Various salts incorporated into the polymer matrix may provide some antistatic properties. Although loc in that matrix, the nature of the ions is not readily available (ion separation), contributing to the dissipation of the charge.

Organic polymeric antistatic agents include most of the materials used to assist in the conduction of excess charge away from the polymer surface. While some can be incorporated into a solid matrix, most are used externally to control static electricity during processing and end-use applications.

Packing and storage:

Textile antistatic agents can be packed into 125 kg/plastic drum, 200 kg/plastic drum, or 1000 kg/IBC drum.

Pack and preserve the product in a sealed, cool and dry condition, and avoid contacting strong oxidants. The term of validity is 12 months. Transportation: Non-dangerous goods.
